IF coming in from the A1, Follow the signs for Town Centre.
After coming over St Georges bridge bear left following the signs for Scunthorpe and the M18, this puts you onto the A630 Wheatley Hall Road which is a duel carriageway.
After passing no end of car showrooms you will come to the "Barnby Dun Road" roundabout, turn left as though you are going to Barnby Dun, ACS computers are on your left at this roundabout.
As you approach "Burrells" garage, there is a central reservation signposted "Clay Lane", take this right turn onto the Clay Lane Estate.
